Cheeseburger egg rolls are a fun twist on a classic burger. They combine all your favorite cheeseburger flavors in a crispy egg roll wrapper.

- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1/4 cup pickles, chopped
- 1 tablespoon ketchup
- 1 tablespoon mustard
- 12 egg roll wrappers
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Brown the ground beef in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add onions and cook until translucent.
- Stir in cheese, pickles, ketchup, and mustard until combined.
- Remove from heat and let cool slightly.
- Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each egg roll wrapper.
- Fold and seal the wrappers tightly.
- Heat oil in a deep fryer or large pot.
- Fry the egg rolls until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
Notes
- Serve with additional ketchup and mustard for dipping.
- Can be baked instead of fried for a healthier option.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
