A delicious Cheddar Ranch Cheese Ball perfect for parties.
Ingredients

- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 packet ranch seasoning mix
- 1/2 cup chopped green onions
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and ranch seasoning.
- Mix until well blended.
- Add green onions and mix again.
- Form the mixture into a ball.
- Roll the cheese ball in chopped pecans.
- Wrap in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 2 hours.
- Serve with crackers or veggies.
Notes
- Can be made a day in advance.
- Use your favorite nuts for rolling.
