Description
A fresh and tasty Caprese Pasta Salad with tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1 cup mozzarella balls
- 1/2 cup fresh basil, chopped
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 2 tbsp balsamic vinegar
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions. Drain and cool.
- In a large bowl, combine pasta, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
- Pour dressing over salad and toss to combine.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Serve chilled or at room temperature.
Notes
- Feel free to add grilled chicken for extra protein.
- Store leftovers in the fridge for up to 3 days.
