Description
A hearty dish featuring cabbage and kielbasa.
Ingredients

- 1 head of cabbage, chopped
- 1 pound of kielbasa, sliced
- 2 tablespoons of olive oil
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon of caraway seeds
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic; sauté until soft.
- Add kielbasa and cook until browned.
- Stir in cabbage and caraway seeds.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Cover and cook for 15-20 minutes until cabbage is tender.

- Serve warm.
