- 8 oz burrata cheese
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves

Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Slice the ciabatta bread into 1-inch thick slices.
- Place the bread on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
- Toast the bread in the oven for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
- In a bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, garlic, salt, and pepper.
- Spread burrata cheese on each slice of toasted bread.
- Top with the tomato mixture and fresh basil leaves.
- Drizzle with additional olive oil if desired.
