Description

Ingredients

  • 1 loaf of ciabatta bread
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 2 cups cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Slice the ciabatta bread into 1-inch thick slices.
  3. Place the bread on a baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil.
  4. Toast the bread in the oven for 8-10 minutes until golden brown.
  5. In a bowl, combine the cherry tomatoes, garlic, salt, and pepper.
