- 1 head cauliflower, cut into florets
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 1 cup water
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup buffalo sauce
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 450°F (230°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, water, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt.
- Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter and coat evenly.
- Place the battered florets on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Bake for 20 minutes until golden and crispy.
- In a separate bowl, mix buffalo sauce with olive oil.
- Toss the baked florets in the buffalo sauce mixture.
- Return to the oven and bake for an additional 10 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
Notes
- For extra crispiness, you can air fry the cauliflower.
- Adjust the heat level by using milder or hotter buffalo sauce.
- These wings pair well with celery sticks.
