Description
A refreshing salad with broccoli, honey, and Dijon dressing.
Ingredients

- 2 cups broccoli florets
- 1/2 cup diced red onion
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
- 1/4 cup raisins
- 1/3 cup olive oil
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Wash and chop the broccoli into florets.
- In a large bowl, combine broccoli, red onion, carrots, sunflower seeds, and raisins.
- In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
- Feel free to add other vegetables as desired.
- This salad is best served fresh but can be stored in the fridge for a day.
