Description

A refreshing salad with broccoli, honey, and Dijon dressing.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups broccoli florets
  • 1/2 cup diced red onion
  • 1/2 cup shredded carrots
  • 1/4 cup sunflower seeds
  • 1/4 cup raisins
  • 1/3 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Wash and chop the broccoli into florets.
  2. In a large bowl, combine broccoli, red onion, carrots, sunflower seeds, and raisins.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, honey, Dijon mustard, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
  4. Pour the dressing over the salad and toss to combine.
  5. Chill for at least 30 minutes before serving.

Notes

  • Adjust the sweetness by adding more or less honey.
  • Feel free to add other vegetables as desired.
  • This salad is best served fresh but can be stored in the fridge for a day.
