- 1 flatbread
- 1/2 cup goat cheese
- 1 cup fresh blueberries
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 1 teaspoon fresh thyme
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
- Spread olive oil over the flatbread.
- Evenly distribute goat cheese over the flatbread.
- Add fresh blueberries on top of the goat cheese.
- Drizzle honey over the blueberries.
- Sprinkle fresh thyme on top.
- Bake in the oven for 10-12 minutes or until the edges are golden.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing.
