- 2 tablespoons blackening seasoning
- 8 corn tortillas
- 1 cup shredded lettuce
- 1 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/2 cup diced onions
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped
- 1 lime, cut into wedges
Instructions
- Preheat grill or skillet over medium-high heat.
- Rub chicken breasts with blackening seasoning.
- Cook chicken for 5-7 minutes on each side until fully cooked.
- Remove chicken and let it rest for a few minutes.
- Slice the chicken into strips.
- Warm tortillas on the grill or in a skillet.
- Assemble tacos by placing chicken, lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and avocado on tortillas.
- Garnish with cilantro and serve with lime wedges.
