Description

A delicious grilled cheese sandwich with BBQ chicken.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 cup cooked BBQ chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Instructions

  1. Heat a skillet over medium heat.
  2. Butter one side of each slice of bread.
  3. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, on the skillet.
  4. Add shredded BBQ chicken on top of the bread.
  5. Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken.
  6. Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
  7. Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.

Notes

  • Use your favorite BBQ sauce for more flavor.
  • Try adding vegetables like onions or peppers for extra crunch.
