Description
A delicious grilled cheese sandwich with BBQ chicken.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of bread
- 1 cup cooked BBQ chicken, shredded
- 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
- 2 tablespoons butter
Instructions
- Heat a skillet over medium heat.
- Butter one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, on the skillet.
- Add shredded BBQ chicken on top of the bread.
- Sprinkle shredded cheese over the chicken.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook until the bottom is golden brown, then flip and cook the other side until golden and cheese is melted.
Notes
- Use your favorite BBQ sauce for more flavor.
- Try adding vegetables like onions or peppers for extra crunch.
