Ingredients

Instructions
- Slice the cucumbers and place them in a bowl.
- In a separate bowl, whisk together rice vinegar, soy sauce, sesame oil, sugar, ginger, and red pepper flakes.
- Pour the dressing over the cucumbers.
- Add chopped green onions and sesame seeds.
- Toss everything together until well mixed.
- Let it sit for 10 minutes before serving.
