Ingredients

- Canned tuna: 1 can (approximately 150 grams, drained)

- Fresh parsley: 1/4 cup, chopped
- Salt: to taste
- Black pepper: to taste
- Parmesan cheese: 1/4 cup, grated (optional)
Instructions
- Boil the pasta in salted water until al dente, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water before draining.
- In a skillet, heat olive oil and sauté minced garlic until fragrant. Add drained tuna and mix with garlic oil, then stir in lemon zest and juice, seasoning with salt and pepper.
- Add the drained spaghetti to the skillet and toss to combine, adding reserved pasta water as needed for sauce consistency.
- Serve in bowls, garnished with parsley, black pepper, and Parmesan cheese if desired.
