Ingredients

- 2 medium zucchinis
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
- 1/2 cup bell pepper, sliced
- 1/4 cup onion, diced
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Spiralize the zucchinis to create noodles.
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add garlic and onion, sauté until fragrant.
- Add bell pepper and cherry tomatoes, cook for 3-4 minutes.
- Add zucchini noodles, season with salt and pepper, and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Serve immediately, garnished with fresh basil.
