Ingredients

  • 2 medium zucchinis, grated
  • 4 large eggs
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup diced onion

  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Grate the zucchinis and squeeze out excess moisture.
  3. In a bowl, mix zucchini, eggs, cheese, onion, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Heat olive oil in a pan and sauté the mixture for 5 minutes.
