Ingredients

- 2 cups yuca, peeled and cut into fries
- 4 cups water
- 1 teaspoon salt
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Boil the yuca in water with salt until tender, about 15-20 minutes.
- Drain and let it cool slightly.
- Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
- Fry the yuca until golden brown, about 5 minutes.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.
- Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce.
