Yakisoba noodles are stir-fried noodles with vegetables and meat, flavored with a savory sauce.
Ingredients

- 200g yakisoba noodles
- 100g chicken breast, sliced
- 1 cup cabbage, shredded
- 1 carrot, julienned
- 1 bell pepper, sliced
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Boil yakisoba noodles according to package instructions.
- Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add chicken and cook until browned.
- Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
- Add cooked noodles to the pan.
- Pour soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce over the noodles.
- Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot.
Notes
- Feel free to substitute chicken with beef or tofu.
- Add green onions for extra flavor.
- Adjust sauce quantities according to taste.
