Description

Yakisoba noodles are stir-fried noodles with vegetables and meat, flavored with a savory sauce.


Ingredients

  • 200g yakisoba noodles
  • 100g chicken breast, sliced
  • 1 cup cabbage, shredded
  • 1 carrot, julienned
  • 1 bell pepper, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Boil yakisoba noodles according to package instructions.
  2. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
  3. Add chicken and cook until browned.
  4. Add vegetables and stir-fry for 3-5 minutes.
  5. Add cooked noodles to the pan.
  6. Pour soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce over the noodles.
  7. Stir well and cook for another 2-3 minutes.
  8. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  9. Serve hot.
