Ingredients

  • 2 pounds chicken wings
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 2 teaspoons smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix olive oil with garlic powder, onion powder, smoked paprika, cayenne pepper, black pepper, salt, thyme, and oregano.
  3. Add chicken wings to the bowl and toss until well coated.
  4. Arrange wings on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Bake for 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy and cooked through.
  6. Serve hot with your favorite dip.

Notes

  • Adjust cayenne pepper for more or less heat.
  • For extra crispy wings, broil for the last 5 minutes.
