Description

Delicious white chocolate peanut butter cups made with simple ingredients.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
  2. In another bowl, mix peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
  3. Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
  4. Pour a layer of melted white chocolate into each liner.
  5. Add a scoop of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate.
  6. Cover the peanut butter with more melted white chocolate.
  7. Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.

Notes
