Delicious white chocolate peanut butter cups made with simple ingredients.
Ingredients

- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the white chocolate chips in a microwave-safe bowl.
- In another bowl, mix peanut butter, graham cracker crumbs, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract.
- Line a muffin tin with cupcake liners.
- Pour a layer of melted white chocolate into each liner.
- Add a scoop of the peanut butter mixture on top of the chocolate.
- Cover the peanut butter with more melted white chocolate.
- Refrigerate until set, about 30 minutes.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to a week.
- You can use milk chocolate if preferred.
- Experiment with different nut butters.
