A sweet and creamy white chocolate mint fudge with a refreshing mint flavor.

- 2 cups white chocolate chips
- 1 can (14 oz) sweetened condensed milk
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter
- 1 teaspoon peppermint extract
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup crushed peppermint candies
Instructions
- Line an 8-inch square baking dish with parchment paper.
- In a saucepan, combine white chocolate chips, sweetened condensed milk, and butter over low heat.
- Stir constantly until melted and smooth.
- Remove from heat and stir in peppermint extract and salt.
- Add crushed peppermint candies and mix well.
- Pour the mixture into the prepared baking dish and spread evenly.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or until set.
- Cut into squares and serve.
Notes
- Store in an airtight container in the refrigerator.
- Use high-quality chocolate for the best flavor.
- Adjust mint flavor to taste by adding more or less extract.
