Creamy white chocolate ganache cheesecake with a buttery crust.

- 8 oz cream cheese
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
- 1/4 cup butter, melted
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
- In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
- Melt white chocolate chips with heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat.
- In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
- Add melted chocolate mix and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Mix well.
- Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
- Bake for 50 minutes. Turn off the oven and let it cool in the oven for 1 hour.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.
Notes
- Use quality white chocolate for best flavor.
- Let the cheesecake cool completely before refrigerating.
- Serve with fresh berries if desired.
