Description

Creamy white chocolate ganache cheesecake with a buttery crust.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1/2 cup heavy cream
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/4 cup butter, melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 325°F (160°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix graham cracker crumbs and melted butter. Press into the bottom of a springform pan.
  3. Melt white chocolate chips with heavy cream in a saucepan over low heat.
  4. In another bowl, beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
  5. Add melted chocolate mix and vanilla extract to the cream cheese. Mix well.
  6. Pour the cheesecake mixture over the crust.
  7. Bake for 50 minutes. Turn off the oven and let it cool in the oven for 1 hour.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours before serving.

  • Let the cheesecake cool completely before refrigerating.
  • Serve with fresh berries if desired.
