Description

A delicious blend of white chicken chili flavors wrapped in a taco shell.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
  • 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
  • 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 8 small tortillas
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • Fresh cilantro for garnish

Instructions

  1. In a pot, combine chicken, beans, corn, chicken broth, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  2. Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes until heated through.
  3. Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
  4. Spoon the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
  5. Top with cheese and sour cream.
  6. Garnish with fresh cilantro.
  7. Serve immediately.

Notes

  • Adjust spices to your preference.
  • Can add jalapeños for heat.
