Description
A delicious blend of white chicken chili flavors wrapped in a taco shell.
Ingredients

- 2 cups cooked shredded chicken
- 1 can white beans, drained and rinsed
- 1 cup corn, frozen or canned
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 8 small tortillas
- 1 cup shredded cheese
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions
- In a pot, combine chicken, beans, corn, chicken broth, cumin, chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Cook over medium heat for 15 minutes until heated through.
- Warm tortillas in a skillet or microwave.
- Spoon the chicken mixture onto each tortilla.
- Top with cheese and sour cream.
- Garnish with fresh cilantro.
- Serve immediately.
Notes
- Adjust spices to your preference.
- Can add jalapeños for heat.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
