Ingredients

- 1 can (15 oz) of white beans, drained and rinsed
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1 teaspoon fresh rosemary, chopped
Instructions
- In a food processor, combine white beans, olive oil, lemon juice, and garlic.
- Add salt, pepper, and rosemary.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Taste and adjust seasoning if necessary.
- Transfer to a serving bowl and chill for 30 minutes.
