- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1 cup diced bell peppers
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup diced ham
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk.
- Add the bell peppers, onion, ham, cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder to the egg mixture.
- Pour the mixture into a greased 9×13 inch baking dish.
- Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the eggs are set.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables or meats based on your preference.
- This casserole can be made ahead of time and stored in the refrigerator.
