Ingredients

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1 cup chopped spinach
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a large bowl, whisk together eggs and milk.
  3. Add diced bell peppers, chopped spinach, diced tomatoes, shredded cheese, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  4. Mix until well combined.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased baking dish.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the center is set.
