Ingredients

  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Grate the zucchini and carrots. Squeeze out excess moisture.
  2. In a bowl, combine zucchini, carrots, green onions, flour, eggs, salt, pepper, and garlic powder.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Drop spoonfuls of the mixture into the hot oil.
  5. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes on each side.
