Description

A delicious snack made with mixed vegetables and chickpea flour.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrot, potato, peas)
  • 1 cup chickpea flour
  • 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
  • 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
  • 1 teaspoon red chili powder
  • Salt to taste
  • Water as needed
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Chop the mixed vegetables into small pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, cumin seeds, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt.
  3. Add water gradually to form a thick batter.
  4. Fold in the chopped vegetables into the batter.
  5. Heat oil in a pan for frying.
  6. Drop spoonfuls of the batter mixture into the hot oil.
  7. Fry until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Remove and drain on paper towels.
