A delicious snack made with mixed vegetables and chickpea flour.
Ingredients

- 2 cups mixed vegetables (carrot, potato, peas)
- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder
- 1 teaspoon red chili powder
- Salt to taste
- Water as needed
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Chop the mixed vegetables into small pieces.
- In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, cumin seeds, turmeric, red chili powder, and salt.
- Add water gradually to form a thick batter.
- Fold in the chopped vegetables into the batter.
- Heat oil in a pan for frying.
- Drop spoonfuls of the batter mixture into the hot oil.
- Fry until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove and drain on paper towels.

- Serve hot with chutney or sauce.
- Adjust spices to your taste.
