Ingredients

  • 1 cup bean sprouts
  • 1 onion, sliced
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon cornstarch
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 cup vegetable broth
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add garlic and onion, sauté until translucent.
  3. Add mixed vegetables and stir-fry for 5 minutes.
  4. Add bean sprouts and cook for another 2 minutes.
  5. Mix soy sauce, cornstarch, and vegetable broth in a bowl.
