Description
A refreshing vegan tzatziki sauce made with cucumber and dairy-free yogurt.
Ingredients

- 1 cup vegan yogurt
- 1 medium cucumber, grated
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon fresh dill, chopped
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Grate the cucumber and squeeze out excess moisture.
- In a bowl, combine vegan yogurt, grated cucumber, minced garlic, olive oil, lemon juice, and dill.
- Add salt to taste and mix well.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Serve with pita bread or fresh vegetables.
- Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge.
