A delicious vegan version of the classic tiramisu dessert.
Ingredients

- 1 cup strong brewed coffee
- 1/2 cup coconut cream
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup silken tofu
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 teaspoon cocoa powder
- 1 package vegan ladyfingers
- Cocoa powder for dusting
Instructions
- Brew the coffee and let it cool.
- In a blender, combine coconut cream, maple syrup, silken tofu, vanilla extract, and cocoa powder. Blend until smooth.
- Dip each ladyfinger briefly in the coffee.
- Layer the dipped ladyfingers in a serving dish.
- Spread a layer of the tofu mixture over the ladyfingers.
- Repeat the layers until all ingredients are used, finishing with the tofu mixture on top.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours.
- Before serving, dust with cocoa powder.
Notes
- Ensure the coffee is strong for better flavor.
- Use organic ingredients if possible.
- Chill overnight for the best taste.
