Description

Delicious vegan thumbprint cookies filled with your choice of jam.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 cup jam of your choice

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, melted coconut oil, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
  3. Add all-purpose flour and salt, and mix until combined.
  4. Roll dough into small balls and place on a baking sheet.
  5. Make an indentation in the center of each ball.
  6. Fill the indentations with jam.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until edges are golden.
  8. Let cool before serving.

Notes

  • Use any jam you prefer.
  • Store in an airtight container.
  • These cookies can be frozen.
