Ingredients

- 1 cup of chickpeas, drained and rinsed
- 1 avocado, mashed
- 1/2 cup of diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup of red onion, finely chopped
- 1 tablespoon of lime juice
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- Salt and pepper to taste
- 1 cup of corn tortillas
- 1/2 cup of salsa
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, combine chickpeas, avocado, tomatoes, red onion, lime juice, cumin, salt, and pepper.
- Mix well until combined.
- Cut corn tortillas into triangles and place on a baking sheet.
- Bake tortillas for 10-12 minutes until crispy.
- Serve the chickpea mixture with baked tortilla chips and salsa.
Notes
- Adjust seasonings to your taste.
- Feel free to add more vegetables to the chickpea mixture.
- Store leftover dip in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
