- 1 cup artichoke hearts, chopped
- 1 cup cashews, soaked
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Blend soaked cashews, nutritional yeast, almond milk, garlic, lemon juice, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Add spinach and artichokes to the mixture and stir to combine.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until hot and bubbly.
- Serve warm with chips or vegetables.
