Instructions
- Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
- Add cashews, water, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, and salt to a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.

- Transfer to a container and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
