Ingredients

  • 1/2 cup almond butter
  • 1/4 cup maple syrup
  • 1 cup gluten-free oats
  • 1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a food processor, blend dates until smooth.
  2. Add almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract; blend until combined.
  3. Mix in gluten-free oats and chopped peanuts.
  4. Press mixture into a lined baking dish.
  5. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  6. Cut into bars and dip in melted dark chocolate.
  7. Chill until chocolate hardens.
