A delicious vegan and gluten-free alternative to traditional Snickers bars.
Ingredients

- 1 cup dates, pitted
- 1/2 cup almond butter
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 cup gluten-free oats
- 1/2 cup dark chocolate, melted
- 1/4 cup chopped peanuts
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- In a food processor, blend dates until smooth.
- Add almond butter, maple syrup, and vanilla extract; blend until combined.
- Mix in gluten-free oats and chopped peanuts.
- Press mixture into a lined baking dish.
- Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Cut into bars and dip in melted dark chocolate.
- Chill until chocolate hardens.
Notes
- Store in the refrigerator for up to one week.
- You can substitute almond butter with any nut or seed butter.
