Ingredients

  • 1 cup cashews, soaked
  • 1/2 cup water
  • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried dill
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley
  • Salt to taste

Instructions

  1. Soak cashews in water for at least 4 hours.
  2. Drain and rinse the cashews.
  3. Blend cashews, water, and lemon juice until smooth.
  4. Add garlic powder, onion powder, dill, parsley, and salt.
  5. Blend again until well combined.
  6. Adjust seasoning to taste.
