Ingredients

- 1 cup cashews, soaked
- 1/2 cup water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 1 teaspoon dried dill
- 1 teaspoon dried parsley
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Soak cashews in water for at least 4 hours.
- Drain and rinse the cashews.
- Blend cashews, water, and lemon juice until smooth.
- Add garlic powder, onion powder, dill, parsley, and salt.
- Blend again until well combined.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes before serving.
Notes
- Use a high-speed blender for best results.
- Store in an airtight container in the fridge for up to a week.
