Ingredients

- 200g whole wheat pasta
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 zucchini, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 200g cherry tomatoes, halved
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
- Fresh basil for garnish
Instructions
- Cook pasta according to package instructions.
- In a pan, heat olive oil over medium heat.
- Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant.
- Add zucchini and bell pepper, cook for 5 minutes.
- Add cherry tomatoes, salt, and pepper, cook for another 3 minutes.
- Drain pasta and combine with the vegetable mixture.
- Serve hot and garnish with fresh basil.
Notes
- Feel free to add other vegetables like spinach or mushrooms.
- Use gluten-free pasta if needed.
- Adjust seasoning according to your taste.
