Ingredients

- 2 cups gluten free pasta
- 1 cup vegan cheese
- 1 cup marinara sauce
- 1 cup spinach
- 1/2 cup nutritional yeast
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- Salt to taste
- Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- Cook the gluten free pasta according to package instructions.
- In a large bowl, mix the cooked pasta, marinara sauce, spinach, vegan cheese, nutritional yeast, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
- Transfer the mixture to a baking dish.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
- Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
Notes
- You can add other vegetables like bell peppers or zucchini.
- Store leftovers in the refrigerator for up to 3 days.
