Ingredients

- 1 cup chickpea flour
- 1 cup water
- 1/4 teaspoon turmeric
- 1/4 teaspoon baking powder
- Salt to taste
- 1/2 cup chopped vegetables (bell peppers, onions, spinach)
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, water, turmeric, baking powder, and salt.
- Stir in the chopped vegetables.
- Heat oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat.
- Pour the mixture into the skillet, spreading it evenly.
- Cook until the edges lift and the bottom is golden, about 5-7 minutes.
- Flip and cook for another 3-5 minutes.
- Serve hot.

- For added flavor, include spices like black salt or garlic powder.
- Serve with avocado or salsa for extra taste.
