Ingredients

- 1 cup cashews, soaked
- 1/4 cup water
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
- 1 teaspoon mustard
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Drain and rinse the soaked cashews.
- Blend cashews, water, lemon juice, apple cider vinegar, and mustard in a blender.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Add salt to taste.
- Transfer to a container and refrigerate.

- Use raw cashews for best results.
- Adjust water for desired consistency.
- Store in the fridge for up to a week.
