Description

Ingredients

  • 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup zucchini, sliced
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 teaspoons shawarma spice blend
  • 4 pita bread
  • 1 cup tahini sauce
  • 1 cup lettuce, shredded
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • 1 cucumber, diced

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix olive oil and shawarma spice blend.
  3. Add mushrooms, bell peppers, and zucchini to the bowl and coat them well.
  4. Spread the vegetables on a baking sheet and roast for 20 minutes.
  5. Warm the pita bread in the oven for 5 minutes.
  6. Assemble the shawarma by placing roasted vegetables, lettuce, tomato, and cucumber in the pita.
