Ingredients

- 1 cup hummus
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup diced cucumbers
- 1/2 cup diced tomatoes
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, combine hummus and lemon juice.
- Add diced bell peppers, cucumbers, tomatoes, red onion, and black olives.
- Sprinkle in Italian seasoning and mix well.
- Transfer the dip to a serving bowl.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
