Ingredients

- 1/2 cup cashews, soaked
- 1/4 cup nutritional yeast
- 1/4 cup lemon juice
- 1/2 cup water
- 1/2 teaspoon turmeric
- Salt to taste
Instructions
- Soak cashews in water for at least 2 hours.
- Drain and rinse the cashews.
- Blend cashews, nutritional yeast, lemon juice, water, turmeric, and salt until smooth.
- Adjust seasoning to taste.
- Serve warm over your favorite dishes.
Notes
- For a thicker sauce, reduce the water.
- This sauce works well with vegetables and breakfast dishes.
