Description

A simple and tasty vegan grilled cheese sandwich.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 slices of vegan bread
  • 2 slices of vegan cheese
  • 1 tablespoon of vegan butter

Instructions

  1. Spread vegan butter on one side of each slice of bread.
  2. Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
  3. Add vegan cheese on top of the bread in the skillet.
  4. Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
  5. Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
  6. Flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
  7. Remove from heat and slice in half.

Notes

  • Use your preferred type of vegan cheese.
  • Feel free to add vegetables or herbs for extra flavor.
