Description
A simple and tasty vegan grilled cheese sandwich.
Ingredients

- 2 slices of vegan bread
- 2 slices of vegan cheese
- 1 tablespoon of vegan butter
Instructions
- Spread vegan butter on one side of each slice of bread.
- Place one slice of bread, butter side down, in a skillet over medium heat.
- Add vegan cheese on top of the bread in the skillet.
- Top with the second slice of bread, butter side up.
- Cook until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes.
- Flip and cook the other side until golden and the cheese is melted.
- Remove from heat and slice in half.
Notes
- Use your preferred type of vegan cheese.
- Feel free to add vegetables or herbs for extra flavor.
