Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup almond milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, spices, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine brown sugar, molasses, and melted coconut oil.
  4. Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients.
  5. Mix in almond milk until dough forms.
  6. Roll out dough and cut into shapes.
  7. Place cookies on a baking sheet.
  8. Bake for 10-12 minutes.
  9. Let cool before serving.
