This vegan French onion dip is rich and creamy, perfect for parties or snacks.


Ingredients

  • 2 large onions, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup cashews, soaked and drained
  • 1/2 cup almond milk
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
  2. Add sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 20 minutes.
  3. In a blender, combine cashews, almond milk, nutritional yeast, and lemon juice.
  4. Add caramelized onions and blend until smooth.
  5. Season with salt and pepper.
  6. Chill before serving.
