This vegan French onion dip is rich and creamy, perfect for parties or snacks.
Ingredients

- 2 large onions, sliced
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 cup cashews, soaked and drained
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add sliced onions and cook until caramelized, about 20 minutes.
- In a blender, combine cashews, almond milk, nutritional yeast, and lemon juice.
- Add caramelized onions and blend until smooth.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Chill before serving.
