Description

Ingredients

  • 1 onion, chopped

  • 8 ounces mushrooms, sliced
  • 4 cups vegetable broth
  • 1 cup coconut milk
  • 2 tablespoons nutritional yeast

  • Fresh parsley for garnish

Instructions
