Instructions

- In a bowl, mix shredded coconut, almond flour, and salt.
- Add maple syrup, melted coconut oil, and vanilla extract. Stir until combined.
- Drop spoonfuls of the mixture onto a lined baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown.
- Let cool before serving.
