Ingredients

  • 1 cup coconut sugar
  • 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 cup almond milk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1 cup vegan chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
  3. In another bowl, combine coconut sugar, melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
  4. Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing well.
  5. Fold in vegan chocolate chips.
  6. Drop tablespoon-sized dough onto a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
  8. Let cookies cool on a wire rack.
