Delicious vegan Christmas cookies that everyone will enjoy.
Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 1/2 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 cup almond milk
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 cup vegan chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix flour, baking soda, and salt.
- In another bowl, combine coconut sugar, melted coconut oil, almond milk, and vanilla extract.
- Gradually add dry ingredients to wet ingredients, mixing well.
- Fold in vegan chocolate chips.
- Drop tablespoon-sized dough onto a baking sheet.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes or until edges are golden.
- Let cookies cool on a wire rack.
Notes
- Store cookies in an airtight container.
- You can add nuts or dried fruits for variety.
