Ingredients

- 1 cup silken tofu
- 1/2 cup dairy-free dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Melt the chocolate chips in a microwave or double boiler.
- In a blender, combine the silken tofu, melted chocolate, maple syrup, and vanilla extract.
- Blend until smooth and creamy.
- Transfer the mousse to serving dishes.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
Notes
- Use high-quality dark chocolate for best flavor.
- Can be topped with fresh berries or coconut whipped cream.
