Delicious vegan cheesecake brownies that are also gluten-free.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup almond flour
  • 1/2 cup cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup dairy-free cream cheese
  • 1/4 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, salt, and baking powder until combined.
  3. Spread the brownie mixture into a greased baking pan.
  4. In another bowl, beat the dairy-free cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
  5. Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer.
  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
  7. Let cool before slicing into squares.
