Delicious vegan cheesecake brownies that are also gluten-free.
Ingredients

- 1 cup almond flour
- 1/2 cup cocoa powder
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/4 cup coconut oil, melted
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
- 1 cup dairy-free cream cheese
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a bowl, mix almond flour, cocoa powder, maple syrup, melted coconut oil, salt, and baking powder until combined.
- Spread the brownie mixture into a greased baking pan.
- In another bowl, beat the dairy-free cream cheese, powdered sugar, and vanilla extract until smooth.
- Spread the cream cheese mixture over the brownie layer.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes or until set.
- Let cool before slicing into squares.
Notes
- Store leftovers in the fridge.
- Can be served chilled or at room temperature.
